Accountable

Accountability means owning one’s work, including what is right and what may be wrong. Everyone makes mistakes. We take responsibility so that we can learn from our mistakes and do all we can to not do it twice. We take accountability and educate the team to reduce the likelihood that someone else will make the same mistake. Accountability looks like taking ownership for one’s decisions and actions, accepting and seeking feedback on one’s performance, and having integrity and a willingness to grow.

Client-Focused

We are client-focused when asking ourselves if the task I am to perform supports what the client wants, and my actions help move the team in the direction to accomplish that client need. Client focus looks like excellent performance and an active attention on meeting or exceeding customer needs.

Grit

Grit defines everyone’s ability to dig a little deeper to meet our clients’ goals. We collaborate to overcome obstacles, grind in the busy seasons, and celebrate our wins. Grit looks like tenacity, resolve, perseverance, and always finding a way.

Kind in Word and Deed

Actions speak volumes, and we always want to treat others with respect and kindness. It is important to communicate with kindness when we agree and when we disagree. Being Kind in Word and Deed looks like being inclusive, accepting, helpful, understanding, and respectful of others.

Team Player

A team working together can accomplish more than the sum of individual contributions. A team player works as a member of their team to achieve shared goals. They are supportive and collaborative, they participate in team meetings, contribute to larger group efforts, and communicate effectively.

Visionary

A visionary can see the firm beyond the day-to-day work and gets excited about what can be. Visionaries are adaptable, forward-thinking, and proactive. They share great ideas that move the firm forward.
