Kimberly Basham Scott – Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner
Kimberly Basham Scott founded Basham & Scott, LLC in Texas in 2005. She is the Firm’s Managing Member who is responsible for day-to-day operations and mentoring. Kim’s areas of practice include vehicle damage claims, and subrogation. Kim brings to the firm 25 years of management experience, and over 20 years of litigation experience.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Maine in Orono, and a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1999 and the Maine Bar in 2008. Kim is also licensed in the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Federal Districts of Texas. She is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and holds the designation of Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional. When not practicing law, Kim enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and traveling.
