Tristan Wolbers – Attorney Tristan Wolbers joined Basham and Scott in July of 2023, after working with the firm as their local counsel in Florida for seven years. Tristan has been practicing civil litigation, with a focus on insurance subrogation and collections, since 2009. Having over 14 years of experience, Tristan handles all the firm’s Florida litigation.
Tristan graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009. Since then, he has focused 100% of his practice on civil litigation. Tristan has worked for several large law firms, representing numerous clients throughout Florida, including several large insurance carriers. He also ran his own law firm for almost a decade, where he represented both individuals and corporations in various matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, civil collections, and first- and third-party property insurance claims.
Tristan is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. In his free time, Tristan enjoys spending time in the Florida sun with his wife, two daughters, and his dog, Ollie. Staying true to his family’s Dutch roots, Tristan is also an avid bicyclist.
