Kaylee Keil – Director of Human Resources
Kaylee (SaywardAntognoni) Keil attended Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA and is a SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) Certified Professional. Kaylee has practiced many aspects of human relations while working for Kohl’s Department Stores in both Loss Prevention and store management, as well as The Paper Store in store management and multi-unit leadership. With over 15 years of people and operational leadership experience, Kaylee brings a diverse background to her Human Resources approach to the firm. She specializes in employee relations and has a focus on People-Centered Leadership. Kaylee is a member of SHRM, CMHRA and Worldwide Women’s Association.
When Kaylee is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her wife, Patti, their kids Gabby and fiancé Tyler, Isabella and boyfriend Zach, and Kyle, and their dogs Duck and Daisy. She loves the outdoors and spends many evenings beside her fire pit with a book. Kaylee’s favorite quote, an inspiration in her daily life and work, is “The cave you fear to enter, holds the treasure you seek”.
